About me ... Regina R. Allen DVM
Hi everyone! My name is Regina R. Allen, and I am a veterinarian who graduated from the VA-MD Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in May 2001. I live in Southwestern Pennsylvania and am retired from the USDA where I worked as a Supervisory Public Health Veterinarian. I also owned The Good Shepherd Dog Training, and worked as an Adjunct Professor at Pennsylvania Highlands Community College. My current project is running Barkour Canine Fitness.
My hobby for the last 25+ years has been showing dogs in conformation, obedience, rally, nosework, lure coursing, and agility, and I also dabble in canine parkour, musical freestyle, and tricks. I currently have Manchester Terriers and a Doberman (see links at left), and two cats named Orion Mu and Perseus Nu. Orion is a clicker-trained cat who has earned his Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced Trick Titles through Do More With Your Dog! See his page for some fun videos of cat training.
